Udon Noodles are thick, white noodles that are an everyday ingredient in Japanese cooking. They can be eaten hot, in a light broth with a dash of soy sauce or served chilled with a variety of sauces, including hoisin and tamari. 

 

Remember: Noodles aren’t meant to be perfect, they’re meant to be shared!

 

Instructions:
 

Drop your (frozen) udon noodles in rapidly boiling water. Stir the noodles gently until each noodle strand is separated and flexible. This should take 1 - 2 minutes. Take them out of the hot water and then rinse them under cold water. Toss with a little drizzle of oil to keep them from sticking together. Stir fry together your meat and vegetables of choice. Add in your pre-cooked udon noodles along with the Yaki udon noodles sauce and stir fry together.
