Conservas Serrats only use top quality anchovies , the "Engraulis Encrasicholus" caught in the Bay of Biscay at its best, between the months of April and June. Only traditional fishing methods have been used to catch them, which are the most environmentally friendly.
These anchovies stand out for being made using a traditional process, very similar to salted anchovies, which best preserves the characteristics of the anchovies at their origin. Their fillets have a compact meat and an intense flavor that make them an exquisite delicacy.
Finally, the specially selected organic virgin olive oil is added. This is olive oil brought to its highest quality in every sense, it is an oil with a truly special flavour and aroma, which comes from olives grown in compliance with the requirements of organic farming.
