The chanterelle, also called chanterelle ciborium (cantharellus cibarius), grows from the end of May, in the clear forests of oaks.
Its flesh is creamy white or light yellow. Slightly soft, it has a fruity flavour and aroma.
Use this product in stuffings or sauces.
Rehydrate for at least one hour and rinse well in water
