Ingredients: Salmon, thai panang curry paste, fish sauce, eggs, cornflour, lime leaves, green beans, chopped coriander and breadcrumbs.
Instructions:
- Defrost the fish cake overnight.
- Heat vegetable oil on a pan with low fire for 5 minutes on each side.
- Bake it in oven at 110°C for 10 minutes.
