DELIVERY INFORMATION

Currently, we deliver in Muscat on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and to Sohar on Monday and Thursday.

We have as well a pick-up point in Ghubrah North and Rusayl where goods can be collected on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 2 PM to 6:30 PM .

Delivery Charges
 

Delivery charges are RO 2 per delivery within Muscat (Seeb Souq to Ruwi)

Delivery charges are RO 4 per delivery for Sidab, Qantab, Muscat Bay, and beyond Seeb Souq

Delivery charges are RO 5 per delivery to Sohar and Jebel Sifah
 

Delivery Policy

Al Marsa Gourmet will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in a timely manner with no faulty orders.
 

We deliver in Muscat Capital Area on  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 01:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
 

All orders received by Al Marsa Gourmet the day before delivery day until 10:00 pm will be processed the next delivery day. A confirmation message will be sent on the day of the delivery to the number you provided after finishing your order. In the same manner, a message will also be sent if your order has been disapproved or discontinued for whatever reason (e.g. not within the deliverable area, etc.)
 

At Al Marsa Gourmet, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us by calling or messaging, if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.

All items on Almarsa Gourmet are available for delivery within Muscat Capital Area and Sohar only.

Order Availability

Products on Al Marsa Gourmet website are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be notified by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being.
